When a 24 inch Grayling is not a Grayling!

I thought I saw a trophy 2 foot Grayling while I was site fishing for Grayling last June at Frontier on Great Slave,.  I flipped my 00 Mepps Bug in front of the fish and it was Game On!  Of course sometimes that silver flash on GSL is not a Grayling.  My guide thoroughly enjoyed himself at my expense while I but struggled to avoid getting spooled by a small Lake Trout.  I was using 6lb line and a 6 ft light weight rod and that fish was all it could handle.  It was all in good fun.  A great memory actually and I want to thank Chad for a great week.  Enjoy my 2 lbs of fun!

They say a good Grayling picture is a dead Grayling. This fish is obviously totally fine!
